Mind over Mainframe

Humans are better at identifying what's in images than computer algorithms.
Here's an example. The deployment of motion-sensitive cameras (camera traps) by scientists and citizen scientists across the world is leading to thousands and thousands of wildlife-selfies. Computer alogrithms can't yet identify the species. Individuals can't always either. But crowds can. Give it a try!
